GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
Most products sold by Microbizmw.com qualify for free exchange or replacement  in faulty within 7 days from the date your order ships. Please visit our Online Returns Center to process your return. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge of MWK10000 will be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed a fee of MWK 10000 which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges. This policy applies for domestic orders only.

Any product can be ordered with delivery. We deliver within Lilongwe within one day, and across Malawi in 2-5 days, Everything - without prepayment, if necessary - on credit. Payment in cash or non-cash - whichever is more convenient for you..

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

It usually takes between 1 to 7 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. This varies depending upon your and merchant's location. We will notify you on your registered contact details via Email with the tracking link and courier/delivery details, once the order has been dispatched. In case a merchant is unable to fulfill the order on time, we will transfer the order to another merchant. If the order still can’t be fulfilled, the same will be cancelled and your refund will be processed. The refund would be credited to your account within 2 weeks after the order is cancelled.

How Do I Track My Order?

Registered customers can view information about a particular order by logging in and clicking 'Order Tracking' under the Account icon, then clicking on the order number. Orders can also be located by searching by order number or date range. Once the order is placed, we will also send you tracking link by email when we start preparing the order.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

Of course you can browse and add to your trolley before you've registered, but we do recommend registering first so we can check if we deliver to your area. Registering also helps you earn rewards when signup and you start shopping.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the amount to be paid is mentioned on the package. It is the same price that is displayed while placing the order. How will I get my refund in case of payment mode is COD?

The refund in case of COD shall be done as Store Credit in the form of Giftcard to your Microbiz Registered Account. You can use these Giftcard to purchase anything on Microbiz or have them credited back to your Bank Account. The amount of Giftcard shall be credited into your bank account, the details for which have been provided by you to us. Note : We don't refund in Cash

Once you place an order we will update you with an estimated delivery time depending on your location. 

Return/Replacement request for any Order should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the Product. However, in case of Damaged/ Missing/ Empty Packages/Wrong Product the request should be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
